Daniel Khaimov, MD
Dr. Khaimov completed medical school at the prestigious Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. He completed his training in Anesthesiology at Columbia University New York Presbyterian Hospital. Fellowship in Pain Management followed at Beth Israel Medical Center under the guidance of world renowned experts in pain medicine including Dr. Ressell Portenoy and Dr. Suelane Do Ouro. He is double board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management.
He specializes in minimally invasive treatments for many painful conditions. A prompt diagnosis and a targeted treatment allow the patient to return to normal activity in a short period of time. In most cases his treatments avoid invasive surgery for the patient.
Oryan Baruch, DO
Dr. Baruch is a Board Certified and Fellowship trained Interventional Spine & Sports Medicine specialist. He received his medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed his post-graduate training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University Hospital of Brooklyn, SUNY Downstate Medical Center serving as administrative chief resident during his final year. He went on to complete a subspecialty fellowship in Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine at the Center for Advanced Pain Management and Rehabilitation/Rutger’s University in New Jersey.

Dr. Baruch uses a non-operative approach to the treatment of pain. He uses minimally invasive fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided techniques to treat pain related to the spine, the aging process and sports related injuries. Dr. Baruch has written, published and presented his work on Spine & Sports Medicine at the American Association of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and the Academy of Academic Physiatry. He brings to the practice great knowledge and experience in Interventional Pain Management, Diagnostic and Therapeutic Ultrasound, and Regenerative Medicine. In addition, Dr. Baruch incorporates Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Stem Cells for the treatment of refractory Tendon Injuries, Osteoarthritis, and Back Pain.
Ribi Priyev, PA
Ribi Priyev is a St John’s University Physician Associate alumni who is eager to be part of the Pain Management team. His curiosity of medicine started from an engineering standpoint of learning the unique functionality of the human body. He trained under Ivy league doctors in the field including Dr. Khaimov and Dr. Tim Canty. He embraces the bodys’ ability to heal itself and educate patients on the methods of doing so.
At this time his current goal is to expand the regenerative medicine aspect of the practice including autologous PRP and stemcells to further ensure patient healing and longevity. He also specializes in Urgent care medicine on his per diem basis. You’ll see him frequently in all the locations helping each patient achieve their goals one day at a time.
Yakov Yakubov, PA
Yakov Yakubov is one of our Physician Associates and an Alumni from Touro College school of health sciences with an M.S in Physician Assistant studies. His background in Psychology (B.A Queens College) allows him to further understand and treat patients who have chronic pain.
During his career, he has performed and assisted in different orthopedic, general, and urologic surgeries alongside leading physicians in their respected fields. Now his goal is to help patients achieve maximal daily activities.
