Dr. Yusik Cho, MD

Dr. Cho completed a Sports Medicine fellowship at the Detroit Medical Center. He then practiced in private practice in South Korea, where he developed extensive experience in interventional pain management, performing more than 10,000 fluoroscopy- and ultrasound-guided injections over three and a half years. He later completed a Pain Medicine fellowship at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, where he trained in advanced interventional spine and pain procedures.
Dr. Cho focuses on minimally invasive treatments to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to their daily activities without surgery whenever possible. His expertise includes epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation, joint injections, and nerve blocks performed under fluoroscopic guidance, as well as ultrasound-guided procedures and diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound. He also offers advanced neuromodulation therapies such as spinal cord stimulation (SCS) and peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS).
